Ìèêðîñõåìû êîíòðîëëåðîâ çàðÿäà
àêêóìóëÿòîðíûõ áàòàðåé
Â
ñîâðåìåííîé ïîðòàòèâíîé ðàäèî-
½ëåêòðîííîé àïïàðàòóðå èñïîëüçó-
åòñÿ ïðåèìóùåñòâåííî 4 îñíîâíûõ òè-
ïà àêêóìóëÿòîðîâ íèêåëü-êàäìèåâûå
(Ni-Cd), íèêåëü-ìåòàëëãèäðèäíûå (Ni-MH),
ëèòèé-èîííûå (Li-Ion), ñâèíöîâî-êèñëîòíûå
(Lead-Acid). Ïî òèïó çàðÿäà èõ ìîæíî ðàç-
äåëèòü íà äâå ãðóïïû. Ïåðâàÿ ãðóïïà
(Li-Ion, Lead-Acid) òðåáóåò âî âðåìÿ çàðÿäà
îãðàíè÷åíèÿ ïî òîêó è íàïðÿæåíèþ, îäíà-
êî îêîí÷àíèå çàðÿäà ïðîèñõîäèò êàê áû
ñàìî ñîáîé, òàê êàê êðèâàÿ çàðÿäíîãî òîêà
ñïàäàåò ïî ½êñïîíåíòå. Âòîðàÿ ãðóïïà
(Ni-Cd, Ni-MH) òðåáóåò îãðàíè÷åíèÿ òîëü-
êî ïî òîêó, íî ìåòîäû îêîí÷àíèÿ çàðÿäà
áîëåå ñëîæíûå è ðàçíîîáðàçíûå. Ýòî
ñâÿçàíî ñ áîëüøèì ðàçîãðåâîì áàòàðåè
èìåííî âî âðåìÿ çàâåðøàþùåé ñòàäèè òàê
íàçûâàåìîãî áûñòðîãî çàðÿäà áàòàðåé.
Îñîáåííîñòè çàðÿäà Li-Ion, Lead-Acid
áàòàðåé ïîêàçàíû íà ãðàôèêå (ðèñ. 1),
ãäå ìîæíî âûäåëèòü ñëåäóþùèå ½òàïû
çàðÿäà:
1. Ïîäçàðÿäêà ðàçðÿæåííûõ áàòàðåé
(êîíäèöèîíèðîâàíèå) ïðè Icond =
= 0,10,2 Imax.
2. Áûñòðûé çàðÿä (.ast
Charge)
ïðè Imax
(íà÷àëî ïðè Ubat = Umin, êîíåö
ïðè Ubat = Ureg).
3. Ðåæèì îãðàíè÷åíèÿ íàïðÿæåíèÿ ïðè
Ubat = Ureg, õàðàêòåðèçóþùèéñÿ ñíè-
æåíèåì òîêà çàðÿäà.
4. Îêîí÷àíèå çàðÿäà ïðè Icharge = Imin
èëè ïî äîñòèæåíèè çàäàííîãî âðå-
ìåíè.
1. Ïðè íà÷àëå ñíèæåíèÿ íàïðÿæåíèÿ
áàòàðåè (-dV íà ðèñ. 2) ïîñëå äîñ-
òèæåíèÿ ìàêñèìóìà.
2. Ïî äîñòèæåíèè Vmax (ìàêñèìàëüíî-
ãî íàïðÿæåíèÿ áàòàðåè).
3. Ïî ðåãèñòðèðóåìîìó óâåëè÷åíèþ ñêî-
ðîñòè ïîâûøåíèÿ òåìïå-
ðàòóðû (dT/dt) áàòàðåè.
4. Ïî äîñòèæåíèè çàäàííûõ
Tmax èëè tmax ìàêñè-
ìàëüíîé òåìïåðàòóðû
áàòàðåè èëè âðåìåíè çà-
ðÿäà.
Ìèêðîñõåìû ñïåöèàëèçè-
ðîâàííûõ êîíòðîëëåðîâ çà-
ðÿäà àêêóìóëÿòîðíûõ áàòà-
ðåé âûïóñêàþò ìíîãèå çàðó-
áåæíûå ôèðìû: ON SEMI-
CONDUCTOR, NATIONAL
SEMICONDUCTOR, STM,
PHILIPS è TEXAS INSTRU-
MENTS. Íàèáîëåå øèðîêóþ
íîìåíêëàòóðó çàðÿäíûõ óñò-

INSTRUMENTS, îñîáåííî ïîñ-
ëå òîãî, êàê â ñîñòàâ êîìïà-
íèè âîøëè ôèðìû BENCH-
