                             UNLOCKER HELP

For starting to work with software,you need to have LG USB cable-mostly is included
to phone's package and drivers-"LGUSBModemDrivers" installed.
For LG KS20 - "LGCoronaUSBDrivers" must be installed.

1.Connecting phone :
 - power ON phone and connect it to USB cable
 - start software
 - select baudrate 115200,check "Enumerate PORTS" and "Auto find PORT"
 - select phone model
 - press "CONNECT PORT"
 - if software writes "Can't find needed COMPORT"-check cable and drivers
   instalation
 - after port connecting,press "CONNECT PHONE"
 - wait until software will read phone's info
 - if selected phone model differs from phone type,readed from phone,
   software can ask you what phone type you want to set

2.Unlocking :
 - if after connecting you see active button "Direct unlock",press it
   for phone unlocking
 - if you see active "Write backup" button,it means,that software creates
   lock zone backup,when unlocking goes,and later if something went wrong
   you can restore phone with this backup.For backup writing press "Write
   backup" and you will be redirected to folder,where your phone's backup
   is.All backups in name has IMEI and last digits of backup number has
   date and time,when backup was created.
 - if after connecting you see "Read unlock code" button active,it
   means,that for this model is supported unlock code reading.
 - if noone of these buttons are active,go to support and look if exist
   at it flash with string "UNLOCKED" or "TEMP UNLOCK" for your phone model.
   If such flash exist,it means,that your phone can be unlocked by writing
   patched flash.In this case write flash with "Flasher" section.
   String "TEMP UNLOCK" in flash name means,that for this phone model exist
   only temporarry unlock solution.
 - if at support sites not exist flashes for unlock by patching,it means,that
   at this moment unlock for selected model is not supported.

2a.KS20 codes reading :
 - type 2676625720# to enter engineering menu
 - select Port Setting > 1. Diag Setting > 1. USB Set for Diag > "OK" > "Back"
 - select  (Port Setting > 1. Diag Setting >) 2. USB Switching > "LG Composite -DUN, DIAG"
 - press Done and restart phone
 - connect phone and press "Read codes"
 - type 2945#*20# and enter unlock code.

P.S.More info how to enable DIAG Mode,can be get from "KS20 set DIAG mode.jpg"

WARNING! Not all firmwares allow to enter to DIAG Mode and read codes.If you can't
connect to software-you need to flash phone with ROM image,which allows DIAG MODE.
Such ROM images have in name "DIAG OK" string.ROMs,which in name have "NO DIAG"
string not allow DIAG Mode.How to flash KS20 read in "Flasher help.txt" file.

3. Temp unlocking :
 - U300,U880,U890 and U900 can't be unlocked permanently at this moment.For
   temp. unlocking,flash phones with flash from support(flash in name must have 
   string "TEMP UNLOCK", if your phone's region differs from flash region,
   in "Flasher" section check "Change Region" and select needed region.
 - after flashing do next :
 - for model U880 (64k and 128k SIM supported) : 
     a) insert to phone yor SIM card
     b) phone must write "USIM locked"
     c) if you see "SOS" or "Emergency" ,press this button
        and wait until phone will reboot,after rebooting
        phone works with your card
     d) if you don't see "SOS" or "Emergency"-type at phone's
        keyboard 142358#*# and wait for phone rebooting.

 - for model U900 (only 128k SIM supported) :
     a) make everything same like for U880

 - for models U300 and U890 (64k and 128k SIM supported) :
     a) insert original 3G card to your phone
     b) power ON phone and connect charger or USB cable to it
     c) phone must show charging
     d) go to "Menu"-"Tools"-"Unit converter" and select it
     e) fast change original 3G card with your SIM card(your SIM
        card must be without PIN)
     f) wait untill phone will reboot

4.Other functions in "Unlocker" section :
  - "Read NVM" and "Write NVM" are for phone's NVM area reading-writing
    "Write NVM" is also used to write phone's NVM backup after flashing
    in "EMERGENCY MODE"
  - "Repair NVM" function is for NVM repairing ( no network and etc.)
  - "Factory Reset" function is for phone reseting ( phone code set to
    default and etc.)
  - for working with these functions with KS20 - ROM which allows 
    DIAG Mode must be in phone.Also "Repair NVM" function allow to
    fix KS20 with IMEI 000000000000000 problem.For this in IMEI
    window enter your needed IMEI,before pressing "Repair NVM" button.


5.LG KS20 passwords reseting :
 - power OFF phone
 - press and keep "Volume down" + "Send(Call)" + "Power ON" buttons together
 - LED in upper right corner of phone must turn to red,blue and green
 - release pressed buttons
 - phone must start ON and ask for reconfiguration
