Cupcake Club items (all products excluding templates, and photoshop filters) MAY NOT be used for web sites graphics, templates, etc. Cupcake Club items may not be used to create digital art products for use by others (word art, paper, embellishments, clip art, etc.). Please contact us for exceptions. 3. Cupcake Club items (all products excluding templates, and photoshop filters)) MAY NOT be used for commercial projects (except as outlined in item 8) without special written permission. Contact webmaster@atomiccupcake.com first. 4. Atomic Club items (templates and photoshop filters) may be used and installed on up to 3 computers. Additional computers require an additional license per 3 computers. 5. You MAY use Atomic Club items (actions/filters/templates/layer styles/textureplates) for ANY commercial use. If it is a downloadable product for scrapbooking please include a credit in your readme file, AND a mention on your item's description page (ie: "Special thanks to Atomic Cupcake.") Also, a link back is highly appreciated, but not required. 6. You MAY submit layouts created using our products to crafting magazines, crafting & scrapbooking galleries on the internet, and contests, as long as you include a credit to atomiccupcake.com for the elements used. 7. You MAY use graphics (Cupcake Club items) for limited commercial use as follows: Graphics may be used for printed projects for sale as long as 200 or fewer copies are made per project, and the project is intended for sale to a single customer. (For example, you may make a scrapbook for a customer, a set of invitations for a customer, a set of birth announcements for a customer, etc.)
