folder in the program
directory. Refer to the

Preface
ZW3D CAD/CAM is the one of the first all-in-one CAD/CAM software, which provides the seamless integration
between CAD and CAM by sharing the same database. With the advantage of the Intellectual priority Over-drive
kernel developed by ZWSOFT, besides solid modeling and surface modeling, ZW3D is able to provide the hybrid
solid-surface modeling, which provides great flexibilities in modeling. Typically, ZW3D is able to use the same
command for solid or surface features. With the power of the built-in CAM, ZW3D is able to provide 2~5X
manufacturing solution, besides simple work flow of CAM, huge potential can be explored, including rest material
milling, tool path editor, etc.
This manual covers sketch design, solid modeling, 2D sheet, wireframe and surface modeling, as well as assembly
design. And it focuses on showing the detailed features through typical examples.
Chapter 1 introduces the work flow of the sketching, which covers sketch and constraints.
Chapter 2 introduces the shape modeling through a simple example.
Chapter 3 introduces the 2D documentations.
Chapter 4 introduces the wireframe creation and surface modeling through a few typical cases, which starts to
draw from wireframe and then generate to surfaces. Furthermore, it introduces a few unique morphing features
of ZW3D.
Chapter 5 covers the whole assembly procedure, including alignment of components, management of component,
as well as explosive view.
