Ok, your Sexual Energy Mastery pre-course program begins TODAY! The first call will be NEXT THURSDAY, April 14. In the meantime, we'll be "tilling the soil" with you. The first step is to explore YOUR relationship with "receptivity". Mastering your sexual energy begins with ALLOWING the currents and flows of energy to impact you, and to be RECEPTIVE to them. In that spirit, your first assignment is to... 1) Read Jim's article we just posted to the Sexual Energy Mastery blog, "F*ck me, God, Like A Wild Dog..." here: http://blog.sexualenergymastery.com/?p=23 2) As it mentions in the article, create your own personal "pleasure list". This is a list of activities that give you a sense of joy or renewal, that help you focus on RECEIVING. 3) Take out your calendar, and schedule THREE of these activities before our first call next Thursday. You can do the same activity three times, but the recommendation is that you try three different activities and that they stretch you into receiving in a way you haven't done in the past. 4) Complete each activity, and Briefly Journal about what you notice: resistances, shame, unexpected pleasure, etc...you might have from taking time out for yourself to simply receive joy, rest, or renewal -- this is KEY to be aware of, since being receptive is a critical part of opening the channels of your Sexual Energy. We'll be checking in with you about the activity you took on, on our first call. RECOMMENDED: Complete one of the "pleasure list" activities this evening from 6-7pm PST, the time you originally blocked out for the first SEM call! Early next week we will send you a link to a Google Doc where you can identify your friend...and we'll make sure he's on your team. Otherwise, we'll put you in a team on the first call, and if for some ungodly reason you can't make the call (MAKE THE CALL!), you'll be able to join up with a team after the teams are formed. Cool? Ok, so go back, read the article, make your pleasure list, and complete at least 3 activities on your list before Thursday, and briefly journal about it!
